Meet Trevor Johnson, a classically trained chef, baker, and founder of Rich Cookie Company. He cut his teeth at some of the best restaurants in NYC and New England, before deciding to venture out on his own in 2021 and finally turn his lifelong love of cookies into a thriving business.
